  Solar Window Warmer Materials Needed
Note: These work well on the inside of the window, but much better if placed between the glass & screen on the outside of the window & even may reduce some window moisure.
Also: These directions are for double hung windows.
You can adapt them for any other window arrangement.
ALSO: The Materials & Directions Are For Cafe Window Warmers So That There Is Light From The Top of The Window.

- for 1 approx. 36" by 32 " window

1. Approx. 12 - 1/2" Pipe Insulation -
(Warning: These Solar Pipes are made of polyethylene & are not to be used for human consumption.)
2. Black Cotton Yarn or ? for Ties - 3. Scissors to cut pipes & yarn.
4. Optional: 1" by 36' longfelt strips to string through the pipe openings for additional insulation & moisture absorbency

Solar CAFE Window Warmer Directions
1. Cut Solar Pipes with scissors to cover bottom 1/2 of window glass only. This is so that you still have light coming in the window & also to see out.
2. Tie 1 pipe to another in 3 places...2 at each end & 1 in the middle - so you have 3 loops on each pipe. Trim ties to 1/2" from knot. Repeat to desired length of warmer.
3. Cut 10-12" Ties. Tie 1 string strand of yarn to 1 end loop, loop under & over middle loop & tie to end loop & tie off 3 times, i.e., 3 knots. This string strand will secure loops so that they do not fall off.

4. At the top tie a string strand of yarn - about 3 strands - on 1 end loop & also on the other end.

5. Make a knot loop in the center to join to the window sash hardware.

6. Repeat for other windows.

7. There should be a noticible difference, especially when the wind blows.
